Tweedia is an evergreen flower native to South America, it is related to milkweed and excudes a white sap when cut. It makes an excellent and unique cut flower. Although it is listed as a tropical we have found it very winter hardy to temperatures in the teens, coming back year after year. Once established, it will bloom again and again throughout the year. Seed can be slow to germinate and seedlings are slow to grow so you have to be patient. Packets contain approximately 100 seeds.
